Meet our leadership

Quoc V. Nguyen

CEO and Managing Partner

Quoc has spent his career helping Fortune 500 firms develop Go-To-Market strategies, optimize their mid- and back-office functions including finance & accounting, supply chains, and production operations. He has 30 years of experience in business transformation with expertise across many industries, including energy, utilities, retail, chemicals, manufacturing, and consumer products. Specific areas of expertise include Client Relationship Management, Supply Chain Optimization, Financial Management, Automation, Finance Transformation, Process Assessment / Design, Product Development, and Project Management.

Some of the organizations he has worked with include Baker Hughes, Saudi Aramco, Shell, BP, Motiva, GSK, Novartis, Toyota, Michelin, Best Buy, Harley Davidson, Sears Canada, Celanese, Caterpillar, IBM, and Mylan. Quoc graduated from Baylor University and holds an MBA from Duke University. Quoc is also a contributing author to the Business Journals Leadership Trust.

Sharon Thompson

COO and Program Director

Sharon Thompson is the Chief Operating Officer at PERLUXI and serves as a project manager for client engagements. She has 25+ years of experience in client engagement with expertise across many industries retail, restaurant, hospitality, aviation, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, construction, nonprofit, and consumer products. Specific areas of expertise include Client Relationship Management, Human Capital Management, Customer Success, SaaS Implementation, Process Optimization, Support Operations, Service Delivery and Project Management.

Sharon has sponsored and led enterprise technology projects for S&P 500 and Fortune 500 companies and served as a senior operations leader at multiple organizations, from start-ups to multi-national firms. She is passionate about client success, meeting and exceeding expectations, building high performing teams, and providing shareholder value.
Sharon earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baylor University with a Minor in Russian, and her MBA from Western Governor’s University. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Richard Dubini

Senior Facilitator

Richard Dubini is a senior facilitator at PERLUXI. He has over 26 years of professional experience, serving in sales and marketing leadership roles in companies such as IBM, BMW, and Toyota Captive Bank.

Richard has 10 years of experience in executive coaching and training for managers and directors of Fortune 500 companies, including retail, engineering, manufacturing, consumer products, and oil and gas. His training and facilitation experience includes leadership training, executive presentations, negotiation skills, and conflict management.

Richard also has over 10 years of experience in consulting and credit analysis, and he has had the opportunity to work internationally in Belgium, USA, Germany, and Mexico.

Richard graduated from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in Business Administration (UFRJ) and received a graduate degree from Pontificia Universidade Catolica do Rio de Janeiro in Finance (PUC-RJ). Additionally, Richard is fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish, German, and French.

Elizabeth Beguerie

Senior Facilitator

Elizabeth Beguerie is a senior facilitator at PERLUXI. She has over 20 years of professional experience and has served as a business consultant and leadership development facilitator based in the Houston, Texas area. Her clients include professional executives in the engineering, education, and behavioral health fields.

Before consulting, Elizabeth worked at the intersection of education and business development for over a decade. Previously, Elizabeth was an adjunct instructor at Lone Star College and helped open the first Fusion Academy in Houston, TX. At Fusion Academy (grades 6th-12th focused on one-to-one education), she led a robust team of teachers and administrators. She has also led teams at national behavioral health companies with ongoing training, sales cultivation, and strategic partnerships. Elizabeth saw tremendous success with her attention to cultivating relationships, servant-leader mindset, and ability to mobilize action in companies.

Elizabeth earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication/Public Relations from Missouri State University and pursued her Master of Educational Leadership from Sam Houston State University. Elizabeth loves helping her community and has served as a member and/or on the board of local non-profit organizations, including the Houston Eating Disorder Specialist (HEDS), Houston Texas Association of Addiction Professionals (TAAP), Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA) Southwest Region, and Houston West Chamber of Commerce Business and Education committee.
