Business Development Specialist

The Opportunity

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Business Development Specialist to help expand our partnerships and drive company growth. In this role, you will be building relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and attending conferences to expand our reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients and organizations
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, and networking initiatives
• Present PERLUXI’s training solutions and communicate the value of our programs
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop strategic growth initiatives
• Track leads, client interactions, and opportunities
• Support proposal development and partnership agreements
• Stay informed on industry trends in leadership development and corporate training
• Attend conferences to expand our reach

Qualifications

• A proven commodity who has experience in the energy or oil and gas industry
• Has previously sold to HR or the Learning & Development function
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, especially to Fortune 1000 organizations
• Has the ability to develop proposal responses and negotiate with customers
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools is a plus
• Interest in leadership development, corporate training, or professional education
