She has held senior people development and human resources leadership roles in global organizations, where she spearheaded business transformation and cultural change initiatives, implemented global learning programs, and led teams to achieve award-winning results. In addition, Wendy has served as a consultant, advisor, and executive coach across industries, including Banking and Financial Services, Professional Services, Utilities, the Public Sector, and Nonprofit organizations.
