Problem statement:

The company had over 240 offices, each office with its own finance & accounting function. This was very expensive to maintain the company struggled with visibility on what each office is doing with its finance & accounting function.

Solution:  Designed and implemented a shared services solution to consolidate all finance & accounting functions to a newly formed shared services function in Houston, Texas.

Benefits: Significant cost reduction.  Also improved visibility of finance & accounting.
